Chie is a Tax Manager with experience in professional tax preparation, billing and accounting. She holds licenses as an Enrolled Agent and as a paid tax return preparer. She previously worked at a CPA firm in Virginia before finding her forever home on Oahu.

Chie prides herself on being detail-oriented, efficient and deadline-driven with a passion for deepening her expertise in tax law.

Arisa is a licensed Enrolled Agent and has 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. She is a highly focused and meticulous accountant and tax professional who prides herself on being detail-oriented and providing excellent service.

Beyond her excellent record of accuracy and client satisfaction, Arisa is also fluent in speaking, reading and writing Japanese.

Vanessa brings a strong foundation in individual and business tax preparation, with hands-on experience guiding clients through the tax process and applying federal and state tax regulations with care and accuracy. Having grown up in a family-owned tax business, she developed an early appreciation for personalized service, attention to detail, and the importance of building long-term client relationships—values that continue to shape her work today. Fluent in Spanish, Vanessa is able to support and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.

In addition to her tax background, Vanessa holds an active Life & Health Insurance license, providing her with a well-rounded perspective when supporting clients’ financial and planning needs. She is committed to delivering clear communication, thoughtful support, and a positive client experience at every stage of the process.

As a Tax Associate, Alissa leverages her bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Western Washington University and her professional accounting background to assist individuals and businesses with their tax needs. She always strives to be collaborative and to tailor services to meet each client’s unique requirements.

Originally from Washington, Alissa has called Oahu home for nearly three years. She is also fluent in Russian.

CJ is a Tax & Bookkeeping Associate based in our Oahu office, bringing more than 15 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. She supports both individuals and businesses with accurate reporting, tax compliance, and day-to-day financial needs, using industry-standard tools to deliver organized, reliable support. CJ is currently a CPA and AFC candidate and has passed Part I of the Enrolled Agent exam.

Detail-oriented and client-focused, CJ is known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to service. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, coaching kickball, DIY projects, and spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd.

Shayna was born and raised in Hilo on the island of Hawaii but moved to Hawaii Kai about 10 years ago. She graduated from Kamehameha Schools and attended Warner Pacific University in Portland, Oregon.

Shayna has over six years of experience working in the accounting and payroll industry and is currently a payroll associate on the accounting team.

Shayna especially enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, baking and DIY projects.

Jaymi serves as an Administrative Associate, bringing a well-rounded background in client service, office administration, and operational support within fast-paced professional environments. Jaymi is skilled at managing calendars, coordinating workflows, and anticipating client needs to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of service.

Across roles in financial services, customer relations, and retail, Jaymi has developed strong strengths in organization, communication, and multitasking. Outside of work, Jaymi enjoys volunteering, planning events, and staying connected to his musical roots through years of participation in a high school band.
